What is the Multi Payment Gateway?
Multi Payment Gateway is designed for properties that work with more than one payment provider and want greater flexibility in how they manage charges. For an additional annual fee, it allows connecting a second or more Payment Gateways to the property.
Why use the Multi Payment Gateway?
The feature applies exclusively to deferred charges processed through webhotelier, covering both direct bookings and channel bookings. Each charge is executed manually, with the ability to select the appropriate Payment Gateway depending on the booking, the card or the guest. Charges made at the time of booking and those via payment links are always processed through the gateway designated as primary.
Note: Multi Payment Gateway charges are currently not supported via PMS or within the context of automatic charges.
