What is the Auto Charge?
Auto Charge is the solution for properties looking to eliminate the need for manual monitoring and execution of charges. Through full automation, the system handles deferred charges exactly as defined by the payment policy, with no staff intervention required. It works for both direct bookings and bookings coming through ΟΤΑ channels.
Why use the Auto Charge?
Auto Charge continuously tracks pending charges, automatically identifies the right moment to act based on policy, and executes the charge without delay. If a charge fails for any reason, an instant email notification is sent with a description of the issue, enabling prompt follow-up.
