The payment links of hotelizer Cloud-based PMS change the way you collect deposits, payments, and reservation balances. Instead of bank transfers or complex instructions, you can send your guests a unique payment link, directly from the PMS! The guest pays with security, speed & ease, and the payment is automatically recorded in the system.
Transaction security: The guest approves the transaction themselves, through a secure payment environment.
Speed and accuracy: The payment is automatically recorded in the hotelizer Cloud-based PMS, with no manual actions or errors.

Why use the Payment Links?
What can you do with the hotelizer Payment Links?
1. Create a payment link from various points in the PMS, such as:
• Offer
• Reservation card
• Specific document
• Contact or company card
2. Send the link via email or as a QR code.
3. Embed it in the offer email template or use the default payment template.
4. The guest sees the reservation & payment details and is taken to a payment page in the secure environment of your payment provider.
5. Ability for your customer to download and print a payment receipt (PDF), the content of which is customizable.
6. Automatic reservation update in hotelizer. Optional reservations are converted to confirmed upon payment completion.
7. Ability to receive an internal hotelizer notification or push notification, on any device, for every successful payment.
