About the Role

The objective of the Marketing & Communications Specialist is to elevate brand awareness and drive customer engagement through strategic, multi-channel marketing initiatives. 

The Marketing & Communications Specialist role is also to implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enable our company’s objectives.  

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand's growth and engagement. This multifaceted role encompasses developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, managing and strategizing events, and creating compelling content in both Greek and English. 

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and product portfolio expansion.

This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, always aiming to seamlessly integrate brand management, content creation, event management, and social media strategies to support business growth and ensure a cohesive brand presence.

Indicative Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print, aimed at improving Brand Awareness, Customer  Acquisition & Retention, enhancing the existing product portfolio and new launches.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials and content.

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches and webinars.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.

Content Creation

  • Produce content in Greek & English for various marketing channels, including social media updates, newsletters, and website copy, ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with a variety of audiences and build brand loyalty.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms. Monitor metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Brand Management 

  • Oversee the development of corporate brand assets both online and offline. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Manage brand identity and enhance brand awareness through consistent messaging, visual elements, and targeted marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all channels.

Partnerships & Relationship Management and Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales and customer support ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners e.g. advertising agencies, media, associations, suppliers etc.

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing departments. Relevant industry experience will be considered an asset.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Greek
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to travel, positive working attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and collaborative teamwork awareness
