About the role

This is a full-time position based at our offices in Athens, and as a Sales Specialist you will manage incoming leads for our core products (WebHotelier booking engine, primalRES channel manager, and Hotelizer cloud PMS). The primary objective is the efficient and swift management of inbound leads.

As a Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and converting inbound leads for the company’s whole suite of digital solutions dedicated to serve the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handling of the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.

Indicative Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming leads and inquiries for company products.
  • Prepare sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Maintain and update sales records in CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Provide post-sales support as necessary.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Previous work experience in hotel reservations or front office positions.
  • Strong knowledge of the WebHotelier booking engine.
  • Familiarity with Hotelizer PMS or other Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Experience with FreshSales CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
